At Drinkee, we stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — simply and quickly.

**1. RETURNS — 14-Day Window**
You may return any item within **14 days of receiving your order** for any reason, with no questions asked, in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
**To be eligible for a return:**
- Item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging must be intact (box, bag, sticker, insert)
- Proof of purchase required (order number or WhatsApp confirmation)
**How to request a return:**
Contact us on WhatsApp at **+20 105 500 9674** or email **support@drinkee.store** with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange pickup within 2 business days.

**2. DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS — 30-Day Window**
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you are entitled to a full replacement or refund within **30 days of receiving your order**, in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
**What qualifies:**
- Leaking lid upon first use
- Dents or damage upon delivery
- Wrong color or model received
- Coating defects (peeling, chipping within 30 days)
- Item not matching product description
**How to report:**
Contact us on the **same day you receive the item** if possible. Send photos via WhatsApp to **[number]**. We will process your replacement or refund within **3 business days** of receiving the returned item.

**3. EXCHANGES**
Want a different color or model? We're happy to exchange within **14 days** of delivery, subject to stock availability.
The fastest way to exchange: contact us on WhatsApp, and we'll arrange a simultaneous pickup and re-delivery.

**4. REFUND METHOD**
- **COD orders:** Refund issued via InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, or bank transfer within **5–7 business days** of return confirmation.
- **Online payment orders:** Refunded to original payment method within **7–14 business days** depending on your bank.

**5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS**
The following cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Items that have been used, washed, or filled
- Items with removed or damaged quote stickers where this affects resale
- Items damaged due to misuse, dropping, or improper care
*Note: Manufacturing defects are always covered regardless of use — see Section 2.*

**6. SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNS**
- **Defective / wrong item:** Drinkee covers all return shipping costs. Zero cost to you.
- **Change of mind return (14-day):** Customer covers return shipping fee.
- **Exchange:** Drinkee covers pickup. Customer covers re-delivery fee.

**1. الاسترجاع — خلال 14 يوم**
يحق لك إرجاع أي منتج خلال **14 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام** لأي سبب، دون الحاجة لتقديم مبرر، وفقاً لقانون حماية المستهلك المصري رقم 181 لسنة 2018.
**شروط الاسترجاع:**
- المنتج غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية
- التغليف سليم (الكرتونة، الحقيبة، الملصق)
- إثبات الشراء (رقم الأوردر أو رسالة تأكيد الواتساب)
**طريقة طلب الاسترجاع:**
تواصل معنا على الواتساب **+20 105 500 9674** أو على البريد الإلكتروني **support@drinkee.store** مع رقم طلبك وصورة للمنتج. هنرتب الاستلام خلال يومين عمل.

**2. المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة — خلال 30 يوم**
لو المنتج وصلك تالف أو بعيب أو مختلف عن اللي اشتريته، يحق لك الاستبدال الكامل أو استرداد المبلغ خلال **30 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام**.
**الحالات المشمولة:**
- الغطاء بيعيط عند أول استخدام
- المنتج وصل بيه طرش أو دمارة
- لون أو موديل غلط
- تقشير أو تلف في الطلاء خلال 30 يوم
- المنتج مش متطابق مع الوصف
**طريقة الإبلاغ:**
تواصل معنا يفضل **في نفس يوم الاستلام**. ابعت صور على الواتساب **+20 105 500 9674**. هنعالج طلبك خلال **3 أيام عمل** من استلام المنتج المُرجع.

**3. الاستبدال**
عايز لون تاني أو موديل تاني؟ بكل سرور خلال **14 يوم** من الاستلام، حسب التوافر في المخزون. تواصل معنا على الواتساب وهنرتب الاستلام والتوصيل.

**4. طريقة استرداد المبلغ**
- **طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام (كاش):** الاسترداد عن طريق إنستاباي، فودافون كاش، أو تحويل بنكي خلال **5–7 أيام عمل**.
- **طلبات الدفع الإلكتروني:** الاسترداد على نفس طريقة الدفع خلال **7–14 يوم عمل** حسب البنك.

**5. منتجات لا يمكن استرجاعها**
- المنتجات المستخدمة أو اللي اتملت أو اتغسلت
- المنتجات اللي اتلفت بسبب سوء الاستخدام أو السقوط
*ملاحظة: عيوب الصنع مشمولة دائماً بغض النظر عن الاستخدام — راجع البند 2.*

**6. مصاريف الشحن عند الاسترجاع**
- **منتج تالف أو غلط:** Drinkee بتتحمل كل مصاريف الاسترجاع. مش هتدفع حاجة.
- **استرجاع اختياري (14 يوم):** العميل بيتحمل مصاريف الشحن.
- **استبدال:** Drinkee بتغطي الاستلام. العميل بيدفع التوصيل الجديد.
